Cyber Leadership and Strategy Solutions, LLC ("CLASS-LLC") will only use the personal information and demographic data collected for the purpose stated when we collected the information. In addition, CLASS-LLC will use the contact information you provided to obtain your explicit permission if we want to use information we have on file about you in a way that is different from what we originally stated. We generally use your name, title, company, email, phone number, and location in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to help us customize relevant invitations and promotions for CLASS-LLC products, services, and events.
We will delete your information if you are no longer interested in communication from us with a few exceptions. We keep limited information about people who participate in our learning programs like the Cyber Executive Masterclass, Cyber Career Foundations, and Certified Ethical Hacker, including copies of certificates to support verification of continuing education credits. We also keep records required for compliance with applicable laws and statutes.

Data in our CRM remains active as long as you choose to participate.
Data related to educational and training programs is maintained for up to three years to support continuing education audits and to satisfy certification requirements.
